We accept return of products within 30 days after the receipt of the product. If you want to return products or request for a refund, please kindly follow our return policy.

Customers could apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. As for postage, if buyers returns items for personal reason or other reason that’s not sellers’ responsibility, buyers may have to pay the postage. Cannot charge

Please show us that the charge indicator on the battery is functioning properly when connected to the product’s power supply. Then show us if the product can be turned on.

Cannot turn on

Please provide a video to show us the problem.For the video, please make sure: 1) Test the charger (or battery) with another device to show it works well; 2) Connect the charger (or battery) to the product and charge it for about a few minutes; 3) Press the power button to show us if it would turn on.

Screen problems

Please provide us a video and show us the screen problem clearly.
